We are thankful to all the people that have chosen us over the years to provide them with a quality kitten

Why do we ask for a deposit

A deposit is in place to show a genuine interest before we commit to holding this kitten for you

How long is the kitten held for

When you place a deposit on a specific kitten, we commit to holding that kitten for you
We hold the kitten for 1 week past the ‘ready from’ date on the kitten listing
The balance must be paid for by the end of this period, or the reservation may be lost

Once the balance has been paid, and if you opt to collect the kitten at a later date, the kitten is held for you for a maximum of 2 months
After the first week, a ‘care fee’ of €50/week applies, and due before collection

What happens after I’ve placed a deposit

We prepare for your adoption of the kitten! Including;
We will answer any questions to help you prepare for your kitten
We will coordinate your collection with you, endeavouring to be flexible for the day & time to suit you
We will prepare your kitten for collection, this includes another bath and grooming, and a fresh flea treatment


Are deposits refundable

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated, there are many reasons, including;
If you decide not to adopt the kitten, while he/she was on hold, they’ll have missed out on other adoption opportunities
Admin work, re-advertising fees, vet visit(s), bathing, grooming and new photoset
Quality care in the time after you’ve placed a deposit (detailed above)
